Women in the Women's Movement - Is There a Difference?
Feminist groups are often forced to choose between funding and working in a particular area of work. The danger is that you can lose your original sense of mission, or what got you out there. I remember an occasion where for the women's shelter that was being set up in dely, the state has schemes by which they provide funds. It hasn't been an easy thing for feminist groups to deal with it. But what has helped is always keeping your goal in front of you. Think, this is what we want to do. This is really where we want to go.
