This is an alternative view of history that we can take in and rotgo. He starts with the story from the middle of the second world war, when london was in serious danger. The whole idea of terrorism is that you just have to do a few small acts, and then the chaos that ensues within the population woild take care of itself. So it's sort of like that, i guess. There was a prediction that three to four londoners would flee the city. And they even considered this last itch attempt of just building a series of underground bunkers and tunnels and stuff,. But the fear was that, actualy, cause maybe no one will ever come out again
