Interviewers often look for elimination criteria, looking for a reason not to hire somebody. How do we bring people in and have them do a technical exercise that really gives them the opportunity to shine? i would expect a junior developer to be able to ask a lot of questions and get kindo in the right area. Having those questions in your arsenal of questions that you ask that have an array of right answers,. i think it's a really good way to help you move from that mind set of yes, this is rong.
