Having a Glossary of Terms Is a Good Idea

Having a shared understanding of the terms is very important for ambusess analise and also development. I was working with a client once, and i found there were two terms that they were using that i thought might mean the same thing but i wasn't sure. In that case, let's just pick one term and stick to it so that people don't have to mentally translate it or wonder if they're different.
