We often do as we base our work to day on something learned yesterday. That's what a best practice is, basically a lagging indicator. It's not a leading one, right? So when you have evidence, you move that t clouded judgment. And by asking the right questions, we can ah be in a good spot to be able to make decisions that will actually move us in the direction we need to go.
