The Potential for Misinformation in Space
Russia tested a satellite that is basically a nesting doll. It's capable of releasing other objects while it's in flight. And that object essentially becomes a weapon or it may look like a piece of debris. The more your, your real time surveillance capabilities are compromised, the less confidence you have and launch something on the basis of relatively little evidence that you are actually under attack.
