In the couples that you work with is desire o initiation, better word for this is initiation, usually done by a gender over another gender. It strikes me as t the the males would initiate more than the females. Some people like both rolls and would like to share it with a partner. Others really like being the one who is pursued. There can be all these different kinds of ways to on play with power and to and i think initiation, there's power in both positions.
