Antony tries to make good with Octavian by giving up the last assassin of Caesar who's still around, a man called Publius Turollius. But this time also, he gave no answer to Antony. This seems to be Octavian's game that he just doesn't really give a clear answer or no answer at all when they request things. Which sort of makes me think a little bit of Julius Caesar in the Gallic Wars of just holding people off and seeing how it works.
