I think that if you chose five as a midpoint, that's a pretty good number. But I would not say, okay, I'm five, but I want to go down to two or I'm five and I went up to seven. I'm now really worried. Right around five would be considered in normal in a better range for the general population. If you do repetitive insulin, fasting insulin is on an individual, you will find it will change veryably around a certain range.
