Moral Arguments About Human Dignity - Is There a Difference?
Legay: I've never seen any arguments that appeal to kind of shared principles or premises. It always seems like people are just sharing their own kind of aesthetic reactions and moral intuitions. So i don't think there is a clear distinction between moral arguments about justice and moral arguments about human dignity, simply because the allege violation of human dignity involves the way we treat ourselves, rather than the way we treated others.
