Are the Security Forces Still Using Their Own Propaganda?
Wagner: It's tough for the rina regime to maintain security in all overran. When do they stop believing their own propaganda? The fall of the soviet union was classitick, it was clear that nobody believed it any more. I don't thnk we're anything close to the sovet union in the 19 eighties,. That may be some some time away.
