Christine asks a she says, i would like to know if you have set up the trifecta and everything is under the living trust for maybe you do not know that. This is e revocabl living trust you're doing for estate planning. That trust will own your llc or your assets. It'll be able to get up in your l l cs and your escorps. The trust is not an asset protection tool that's going to stop someone in bankruptcy.
