Can You Kick Start a Fitness Habit?
M, i did a mindful cool down. M on apple fitness plus with jannel,. i think, as her name is, how you pronounce it em. She was phenomenal. It was ten minutes of gentle stretches and n the last three was meditation. And it was amazing. I wish there was a way to link the actual exercise, but maybe that's something coming with fitness plus in the future. Their goal is to aim to complete workouts for at least half of the days for the twoo week.
