Do You Know What You're Searching For?
When you get a search warrant, and i don't know if the practice differs in your district, but we would attach something called an application for a search warrant. Those documents do not become public by the government. However, some of those materials are given to the person who owns the property. Am i correct that dil trump and his lawyers can absolutely release and make public those documents if they want? No, i think that's right. You can't just write down on a piece of paper, i do classify everything in my possession and flush it down your toilet, and its magic be classified. But no, i don't think you can do that.
