The PIF Is Not Investing in Soccer for Financial Reasons

The PIF manages $650 billion and is growing rapidly. They are throwing money at literally everything. The idea that they would make these soccer moves in order to protect their financial interests in Clear Lake and help Clear Lake make more money for them is like literally in direct opposition to everything else that we understand PIF to be doing. It is not a series of relationships in that manner that makes sense.
