How to Capture Things in a Digital Environment?

Back when i was using a purely paper base system, yes, i did that. I had a file of facts. It was cute. And this was great, because i could capture something and then just stamp, like a little shopping basket next to it,. This is something that i need tod, you know, by possibly research and buy, but not buying. Nowadays, the vast majority of my digital capture is through draughts. The standard draughts a action list on my machine that i use. Then i can go through and filter all those later and just send them off to the right places with more detail as required.
