A lot of times a home purchase is irrational, and that's ok too. I think if you sit back and actually do the math, it doesn't always necessarily make sense, depending on your personal situation. We have an extraordinary privilege in this country when it comes to buying real estate. By the way, just as id not regive asked, you'd love to hear my inner dialogue when i think about should i eat that doughnut or not? It's the simple regime. I see doughnut, i eat doughnuts. Therefore, i don't have dougnuts in my house.
