How to Open Up Access to Engineers in China to LinkedIn Systems

I joined Zinga. It was a very fast-paced environment, experimented with all sorts of technologies. But through my experience at Zinga, it became clear to me that I wanted to work on things where I had deep passion for the product myself and had empathy for the users we were helping build. As he thought about doing something else, I ended up at LinkedIn. Figuring out how to open up access to the engineers we wanted to hire in China is one of the hardest things I ever worked on.
