How Did Patrick Structure the Stripe Deal?

Stripe wanted you and Corland to keep running in the hackers. How did Patrick approach the structuring of the deal? I'm assuming that was part of the initial conversation at that coffee shop. And it doesn't hurt at all that this was the company that we were already running. This was the mission that we already wanted to, to be on.
