Is the Hamstring a Vulcan Muscle?

The hampstring is designed for speed. It's going to get injured in two places, at ground contact or at apex of fluxion on the lower leg. We do a lot of different hamsting exercises, but not one of them is, is a huge part of our training. Straight leg runs, i think ho're great active tool. Is really start looking up tight and and see what it does in the muscle.
