Is There a Conflict Between AI and Humans?

In some parts of the world, we think everyone should be able to vote. In another part, they say people shouldn't at all. And that's an example of the conflict. How are you going to satisfy multiple agents? You either have to sacrifice preferences of one agent or both. So this is kind of what we deal with right now without AI, just as humans.
