The Careless and the Memos of Elders Meetings

Matt Schmucker has done two things early in his time at C HPC which I think helped us with process, but he's very pastoral at the same time. He wrote a memo for anything to be done in our elders meetings so that it wouldn't just be that lay elders don't know what's going on and staff talk about it all the time. Matt also came with the idea of the careless. So there are two process examples, the careless, the memos that elders meetings in our own church that are very admin, but pastorally wise.
