I actually watched a clip of you on Lorraine I think it must have been quite soon after Rachel died and obviously I've not met you in real life but I know you well have to go wow you're doing such a good job. It was all incredibly surreal and incredibly overwhelming you're going on all these different TV shows and radio shows to talk about your wife who only died a couple of months before you're trying to push a book. You do what you do in grief don't you you do whatever it is.
