Craig was talking about Spanish drivers. Apparently they're very erratic. If something is erratic, it means that it's sort of unpredictable. You don't know what they're going to do next. E-double-R-A-T-I-C, erratic and dangerous. A scrape is just another word for a scratch. And if you take a hammer and you whack the side of your car really hard with the hammer, it's probably going to create a dent in the car. I'm sure that you've got an expression like that in your language too. The grass is always greener on the other side in English.
