The Fed's Annual Stress Test: How Much Capital Should Banks Set Aside?
Wall Street's biggest banks have all passed the Federal Reserve's annual stress test. The results determine how much capital banks need to set aside as a cushion and potentially clear the way for additional dividends and stock buybacks. Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey suggested that markets are underestimating how long rates will need to stay high.
