Evidence and Transparency in Agile Teams

I think ultimately the industrial world focused on the work, not the outcome. You know, if you ask a teacher, what did you do today? Well, I did a lot of time marking. That's not Mark Faster. Let's get the outcomes faster. And so one thing I'd love to see more of is more personas, outcomes, missions on the walls next to the scrumboards. Because we have to sort of like review, like even myself, doing work sometimes and I'm like, well, what am I doing this?
