I definitely have days where I sort of berate myself after eating and the guilt comes in days where I berate my body and berate the imperfection that I feel. But I'm just better at being kind to myself. It's crazy what even just a couple days off social media can do. Everyone out there should just try like Sundays, social media free and see how good you go. Challenge for everybody listening, Sunday off, Sunday off. And people often sleep way better. Yes, for sure.
