Bab: We can use science of positive emotions to help people make the life style changes that they are committed to, but sometimes find it difficult to stick with. prioritizing positivity is a big, big part of this as a way to put more levity and a joy into our well ness behaviours. A little ripple of positivity might be somethinga as a favourite song playing as i brush my teeth or getting out at lunch time for a quick walk through the park. Big wave may be sharing a meal or a virtual cupper with a good friend in catching up. It could be an intense game of family succor on the week end with my sons.
