The Impact of Internships on Managers
There's definitely been a mindset change over the past few years that this is not a survey done once a year. Many managers have really taken it seriously in that they are trying to really think of different ways to change how they do things. Prinko has a fairly robust intern program. We basically recruit primarily from Princeton University, but also have programs at Howard and MLT. Every single summer, we have summer analysts who work with us who by the end of the summer, we either send an offer or not.
