Is There a Place for the Carnivore Diet in Supporting Heart Health?

Carnivore is an animal base diet where you're eating meats, sea food and eggs. The liver is the healthiestof food on the planet,. There's nothing healthier then free range, grass fed liver and kidney in heart. I think that it could be seasonable as well. In the winter time we go much more carnivore. In the summer time, we embrace a lot of the fruits and fruits and season raw in raw is a treat. A fruit is a seasonal thing. It's not, it's not supposed to be that way. So i do like carnivor, but again, it we are hunter gatherers, so i think there's always room
