The Importance of Emotional Control in Traditional Publishing

I think it has to do with the way I want to control things. When I have a book that is traditionally published, I always always expect it because I think writers are just these hopeful unicorns. But in indie publishing, that unicorn hope never dies. And for some reason, the idea of not selling a lot of books, because it's my fault,Because it's indie published, is much easier for me to handle than not selling a lots of books in traditional publishing where I have no control.
