I don't think I've ever had an actual Baked Alaska. The only reason it even came into my consciousness is that someone on Instagram was like, it's my birthday, I'm having Baked Alaska and it was like a quick video of them bringing it out. You make ice cream, then you have to bake a cake and kind of sculpt it around the ice cream,. Then you have to make a meringue and then torch the whole thing like a... Okay. Do you know Vic Burger?
