Agrippina is the first wife of a living emperor to be called Empress. She persuades Claudius to adopt Nero and make him Nero, even though he already has a biological son who's a couple of years younger. And this is like the most controversial thing that she does, which is that she pushes Britannicus out of the line of succession. So she very much pushes an agenda of Nero is going to be your next emperor from about a year into her reign.
