How to Set Parameters in a Machine Learning Model

In reality, what happens is there's a thing called an architecture. You just have code that's written that does certain things within your function or within your data transformation. And so all of those things are combined or structured actually by a human programmer. The models that are used these days don't have one parameter like my simple cat dog model. They have billions of parameters that are set.
