"I think largely and maybe correct me if I'm wrong, I'm generalizing women have a harder time having hard conversations because we want to be likable," she said. "We were taught since we were little girls to just smile and accept everything as it is and move on with life." She added: "It was really, really hard for me because I like to be liked ... But fortunately, I have a bunch of other people around me who are also into finding techniques that can help teams elevate a team"
