David Bianculli: There's been a lot of developments on the student loan forgiveness program. He says there are four lawsuits filed against the Biden administration, and they're all related to this issue. BiancullI: The first one was brought by an Indiana man whose loans were going to get forgiven automatically. Two days later, he found out that you could opt out; can't consolidate your loans anymore. That lawsuit is being refiled because it doesn't have enough standing for them to stay in the program.
