The Cherry Selection Is Not the Only Factor Why the Coffees Are Better
There are companies today, at least there's a lot of kind of farms that are run by a management company and not the farmer themselves. You see a lot of the traditional varieties with the smallholder farms still because they believe it's better. Of course, like you said, I mean it's not necessarily so that you are going to have great coffees because you're in a good area or because it's from smallholders. It's got a lot to do with the management and the tradition in that place is one thing.
