"It's kind of hard to go through this alone and do this all for yourself if you're really, really suffering," he says. "So I could share with you just some ideas or kind of ways of going about this on your own, you know, for yourself." He suggests asking yourself: What do you want from others? How are you expecting others to respond to you? And then how do you expect that response will make you feel?"
