If I want sleep I've got to have done enough exercise to burn up the adrenaline and cortisol that I produce through the day so that I don't produce too much dopamine. I need to reduce sugar sucrose from my diet, according to some of the research sucrose is the most addictive substance. The cane is the largest most prolific crop that's produced on the planet. Sugar will mean that my energy levels will go up and down whereas the grain the glucose will slip over to over time more consistently and keep the energy more stable.
