How Do You Define Capabilities Versus Processes?

There's often a little bit of attention in some organizations between a capability and a process. Sometimes you see that between the fact that capabilities tend to be aligned with either strategy or IT and enterprise architecture, whereas processes tend to be more focused on process management and the business. And so while there may be contention, we often find that if you recognize the subtle variations between the two, but work them together, it's a much stronger solution.
