Sally Kohn: I want to talk a little bit about products by women. She started it because she felt stuck in her career and didn't have a community of support or access to opportunities. So you've built this community that allows folks to work with each other and learn from each other, right? Kohn: People have actually landed jobs through products byWomen. They found they're really close friends to products by woman. It's incredible to see that. That's what helps me sleep better at night. Um, every day.
