Um, Is the State Committing Indefinitely to Maximum Growth?
Sally Kohn: It's good to have a state that can direct economic policy in order to make people's lives more predictable, less subject to fluctuations of global capitalism. She says the top 1% or 10% has really benefited from U.S.'s economic policies. Kohn: I think it increasingly falls on individual people to become hyper planners of their own lives. "I haven't really followed this like long termism, effective altruism stuff," she said.
