If there's leverage in the system, it will de lever overtime if something blows up. The actual concern now is that this isn't just a leverage sell off. This is long term spot holders starting to have fear in the markets and just selling the acid outright? Not just the levera traders, the leverage traders get wiped out very quickly when this happens. Cause at causes the ultimate fear here, it is really hard to disentangle this.
