Nato has right to enforce freedom ofd navigation in the black sea. Russia is obviously violating all those rules right now. But o threats aren't going to work, i think we need to see some real action. I'm over this issue, but so far they've shown very little interest in that. And if you wat to have a confotation over that, we gan to have to talk about itbut right now it doesn't see what doesn't end in sight.
