So the fact that he drives down the street where his car is also parked, and while he's driving down the street of all of Scranton, that is where Dunder Mifflin is, and then Toby's phone rings as he's driving in that area, I think that did cause some suspicion about how is this person connected to the world of Dunder Mifflin.
