How to Minimize Email to Your Customers
I would love to, you know, because it isn't just about minimizing email to you. It's also about serving your customers better as they can solve their own problem without emailing you at all. I think too, it's that sense of how many more people are able to get an answer from a video compared to text for me. But the same way in my data is that so many people are willing to read manuals rather than watch videos.
