I love the way that you approached this. And I'm glad that you made the distinction at the beginning about value extraction versus value addition. You're saying, what else can we collectively provide to make this even better for both parties to get out of this? One of the things that I really appreciate in your books is you summarize each chapter with the lessons. So for me, the biggest lesson that I took out of this one was, look, this is about maximizing value and using very, very simple questions to unlock potentially very complex issues.
