The Voting Rights Act and the Ban on Maps
Voting rights advocates around the country today have at least some confidence that they have a toolkit with which to do their jobs. This decision is really good news for Democrats in 2024, because this gives them at least a handful more probably safe seats in the House of Representatives. We should stop calling it the Roberts Court and call it the Soft Pants Court.
