Co-Leadership - Is There a Difference?

I tend to want to hear somebody communicate a little bit. I want to coach them through before I... Yeah, before you put them on the stage. But that honestly is a little different about our personalities anyway. We're very similar, but there are some things that I probably care too much about some things. And sometimes you probably care too little.
