The Importance of Genealogy in the Bible

This is one of those chapters that honestly most people skip over. We are going to hear a clear message of the law as we hear about all these fellows dying. But then we are also going to talk about how in this genealogy in chapter 5 there is a preaching of the gospel. There is the firm and almost excited belief in the coming of the Messiah. And there is also the promise of eternal life.
